The Skoda Fabia 6Y is built on the Volkswagen A04 platform, and as such has a lot in common with cars like Audi A2 and Volkswagen Polo Mk4. In fact, the only parts that aren’t made by VW are the MPI engines. Launched in 1999, the Fabia 6Y won UK magazine What Car?’s Car of the Year award in 2000 and remained in production right through to 2007. The halogen version features an H7 reflector that produces an average light beam even when new. In many cases, its light output has been further compromised as bulb heat and general ageing cause the reflective layer to peel off.  
The single-xenon setup features a 2.5-inch projector, designed in the late 90s. These projectors are known to lose their reflective layer right to the point where they become black inside, causing dangerously low light output. 
Needless to say, buying new or used original headlights for your Skoda Fabia 6Y is not recommended. But there is fortunately no need for that.
