The first-generation Aprilia RSV Mille (2001–2003) and the first-generation RSV Tuono (2002–2005) share more than their 998 cc Rotax 60° V-twin: they also use the exact same inner headlight assembly. The RSV Mille was Aprilia's superbike, and the Tuono its naked street-fighter version, built on the same platform. The lighting technology used in these bikes is however more than 20 years old today.

The factory-fitted setup is a halogen reflector headlight. Its output is poor even by halogen standards, and the light pattern leaves a lot to be desired.

Because the headlight internals are identical, the same upgrade kits fit both the RSV Mille and the RSV Tuono. They are mounted inside your existing headlight and give you a projector beam on both low and high beam, with a sharp cutoff and a far brighter, more even light pattern.

These complete retrofit kits provide you with superior brightness and durability, and since all components are brand new, they come with a 2-year warranty.

The halogen headlight setup of the Aprilia RSV Mille and RSV Tuono can be upgraded with either an HID bi-xenon or a Bi-LED headlight kit. Whichever kit you choose, you will improve the light output considerably, making for safer and more enjoyable riding. And, of course, your Aprilia will look awesome with a bright, crisp beam.
