The KTM 1290 Super Adventure S moved into a new generation in 2021 with a strong focus on road travel, comfort and technology. Its LC8 V-twin remains at the heart of the motorcycle, while the redesigned platform develops the long-distance side of KTM’s adventure family.
A 7-inch TFT display and radar-based Adaptive Cruise Control are among the defining features introduced with this generation. Combined with the upright riding position and touring-focused equipment, they make the S a motorcycle suited to covering distance as well as enjoying a winding road.
The turn signals are another visible part of its equipment. A matching sequential LED set adds a fresh lighting detail at both ends of the bike, with compact housings that work alongside the existing bodywork. This collection covers the 2021-onwards S generation, keeping it separate from the earlier 2017-2020 models.
